Tax lawyer, admitted to the Bar in 2008. Studies: degree in Law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata; IPSOA Tax Master, Milan (2006-2007). He collaborates on a regular basis with the Firm, where he works as Of Counsel. He assists companies, industrial groups, non-profit entities, foundations and individuals in tax litigation, from the pre-contentious and out-of-court phase to proceedings before the Tax Courts. He provides ordinary and extraordinary tax consultancy on accounting and tax requirements, tax planning, intercompany relations, VAT and indirect taxes. He served as tax manager of a leading employers' organisation. As Court-appointed Liquidator of several local authorities and Liquidator of companies and consortia, he handled the realisation of assets, debt restructuring and the settlement of tax liabilities. He also assists local authorities and unions of municipalities in public procurement and the enhancement of productive areas. He is the author of in-depth analyses and case notes on non-profit taxation, business incentives and direct and indirect taxes, published in Corriere Tributario, Eutekne, Enti non Profit and La gestione straordinaria delle imprese.
